This place is delicious! I ordered the beef arepa with white cheese, black beans, and plantains and it was incredible. Full of flavor and love. I also ordered the pabellon empanada and the a meat and black bean empanada and they were also delicious. portions are perfect and the flavors are on point. the owners are very present and extremely friendly. everything was clean and the prices were great. i will definitely be back!

Wow. The arepa was the perfect combination of crunchy and tender, the avocado was ripe ( how given it’s April in Chicago?!), the pork filling was juicy and flavorful and fresh salty cheese brought it all together. The house made sauces were a delightful compliment to this masterpiece. I ordered the “ Latin Greens” smoothie. Finally found my childhood empanadas. They definitely know how to make them right, and they taste like "your highschool cantina" type of empanadas. Everything was delicious and the coffee had such a great variety so there is something for everyone because they are also good! 100% recommend them!

Simple, yet delicious food. A variety of empanadas arepas are offered. Had the shredded beef. We added some perfectly pickled onions and black beans. I will be thinking about how good this was, for a long time. Owner is incredibly hospitable and you can tell she cares about her product, customers, and community. Will DEFINITELY be returning.
